With dove season opening the first of September, this is a great relaxing way to start your fall. With the many windmills, water holes, and food plots, this is a good way to tune up those shooting skills.
We have some great Sandhill crane hunting in the fall and winter when they are migrating through. They roost up and down the river and feed on our wheat fields during the day.
If you feel like hunting Ducks or Geese, we usually start seeing a decent population around the end of December. They usually fly between our ponds, the river and our wheat fields. Give us a call and we will let you know if they are around; if so, pack your bags and come out for a fun weekend of waterfowling.
